Glamp at our idyllic countryside retreat in Cheshire a rural palace underneath the stars that was born out of their desire to share their stunning property with others. Located on Snape Bank Farm, a working farm with a history spanning back many years, our glamping site offers a unique and secluded stay that promises to be a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Our glamping site features two fantastic thatched, black and white pubs just a short walk away, and is conveniently located less than an hour from major attractions like Alton Towers. We currently offer two yurts and one lodge, all named after the animals that we breed on our farm.

Stunning Shepherds Hut
Adults only, with wood fired hot tub, ideal for couples
This bespoke made shepherds hut is a stunning surprise, it's set hidden away behind a large hedge overlooking open fields making it the perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful quiet trip away.
With its own Wood fired Scandinavian hot tub, you can spend the evenings relaxing neck deep with a glass of wine in hand while star gazing.
Hereford Yurt
Stay In Our Luxury Yurt. With a two person wood fired Scandinavian Hot tub
The Hereford yurt named after the cattle we breed it's set in a sunny corner of a field overlooking open farm land and accessed by a short walk through our old orchard where lambs frolic in the spring and pears can be picked in the late summer walk past the apple tree and see a metal gate where peace, quiet and relaxation can be found.
Sleeps 3 comfortably, can do 4 at a squeeze with hot tub. The yurt over looks open farm land and comes complete with log burning stove.
The Ryeland Retreat

Quirky and quaint hobbit style retreat with Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub, in extremely private location.Tucked away in its own private hollow, behind high hedges and under an oak tree you will find The Ryeland.
Being very individual and offering a luxurious, romantic glamping experience. The Ryeland allows you to take a step back from your busy lives and the digital world, to kick back and relax while the world and the cows pass on by. This hideaway is very private not being overlooked and yet has super view's over open fields. This is a unique stay for those looking for a rural, romantic, secluded, unusual break.

About Us
As a new start up business during 2021, Jane and Jim decided it was time to share their rural palace underneath the stars and so forth, Tipsy Tree Glamping was created. Located on a working farm which dates back three generations, Snape Bank Farm provides a unique stay for those visiting our rural and secluded glamping site. From beef sculler cows, rare breed sheep and a flock of hens, this is a land of serene countryside walks, spectacular sunsets and plenty of animals to choose from!
With fresh eggs on the entrance gates, fantastic customer service and a relaxing environment, what more could you want from a countryside stay? Our glamping site is within walking distance of two fantastic thatched, black and white pubs and just under an hour away from huge attractions like Alton Towers.
