As a new start up business during 2021, Jane and Jim decided it was time to share their rural palace underneath the stars and so forth, Tipsy Tree Glamping was created. Located on a working farm which dates back three generations, Snape Bank Farm provides a unique stay for those visiting our rural and secluded glamping site. From beef sculler cows, rare breed sheep and a flock of hens, this is a land of serene countryside walks, spectacular sunsets and plenty of animals to choose from!

With fresh eggs on the entrance gates, fantastic customer service and a relaxing environment, what more could you want from a countryside stay? Our glamping site is within walking distance of two fantastic thatched, black and white pubs and just under an hour away from huge attractions like Alton Towers.

We currently have two yurts and one lodge available to stay in, all named after the animals we breed here on our farm! Although the picturesque surroundings are a given, we always ensure we provide only the best customer service, competitive prices and facilities for our guests.
